Happy Monday everyone! Were you able to come out last Thursday night for the Chili Cook Off? We had a blast meeting new people and hearing about all the chili stories! This is a yearly event, so if you didn't make it this time, you have next year to come out too!
We have so many classes happening this week and some other exciting things to be starting! Read on to find out more!
Classes and Events
Tuesday we will be hosting our Stained Glass Crash Course. (Click the class name for more information!) This is a four (4) night class that will be happening every Tuesday evening for four weeks. Students will learn the basics of Tiffany style stained glass fabrication including design, glass cutting, foiling, soldering, and patina application techniques. This Tuesday night will be the first class period for this course.
We will also be having our Craft Night at Whiskey Sowers class Tuesday night. (Click the class name for more information!) We have a different and seasonal craft going on. Come join us for a fun night of crafting and sipping!
Wednesday evening will be our Paint Night at Hyperion class. (Click the class name for more information!) This is your typical paint night class and will be working on the basics of acrylic painting.
Friday we will be hosting our Craft After Work event! (Click the class name for more information!) This is one of our favorite events that we have. The goal of this event is for artists and art lovers to come together to learn together! Maybe even make a new friend along the way! Come hang out with us and get a little more connected with your community.
Extended Holiday Hours!
''Tis the season to be shopping! We know that everyone is super busy during this time of year and on the lookout for that PERFECT gift (and sometimes just ANY gift for that one person that is super hard to buy for).
So, starting this coming week, we will be open every Sundays so that you can get all of your holiday shopping done!
We will be open starting on Sunday, November 17th through Sunday, December 22nd from noon to 5 p.m. Come on in to find that special something for that special someone!
Christmas Drawing!
This year we are going to be doing a Christmas drawing for a chance to win a FREE gift card from the shop!
How do you get a ticket?
Come by the store and purchase $25 worth and you will be entered into the drawing!
That's it!
Right before Christmas we will draw the tickets and make a social media post on Facebook and Instagram of the numbers that have won! (So make sure to keep you tickets to see if you win and claim your prize)
Artist of the Month
Have you heard?! We announced our Artist of the Month for November!
Marty Highfield is a multi-talented artist that expresses her creativity through sewing and sketch and ink drawings. She has some very cute little animals in the shop (like these cute little owls pictured right) as well as some of her prints in the store right now.
